I will say a prayer for Stacey. Beautiful bird with a beautiful soul. I love owls, especially barred owls...always the sweet ones that get hurt. My thoughts are with you and your birds.
Thank you for sending prayers. Given their size, Barreds are the most benign of all the North American owls. I mean...how cranky must one be to catch frogs for a living? :)
