Well I am saddened to hear about that beautiful hawk and I know his spirit is flying high in the sky...bless him. I have a red shouldered hawk pair that we have "adopted" we shoo the crows off of them, and when prey sources are low we put mice and quail out for them...its pure magic to see them fly up to the fence post and grab their yummies in taloned feet and take off again....LOVE IT:)I love all raptors, but my faves are the Red Shouldered Hawk and the Barred Owls. Ive been drumming up ideas in my head to raise some funds for you and your birds. It's going to take some start up money, and networking, but I'll see what I can do....if you would like for me too:) Merry Christmas, God Bless you and all of your beautiful birds!!!
