What a trooper (and a little sweetheart) he is! Hope that once the wound is mostly healed and those feathers are clean & dry, they will be as you want to see them. ~ T.
Thanks, T - It looks as through some of the feathers might have been stripped, which will allow air to flow through when he's airborn, which will affect his ability to fly normally. He might be able to adjust, we'll just have to see....m.
